THE EP EXPERIENCE
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE EP EXPERIENCE & WHY?
We have structured our wedding experience very intentionally. Everything we offer and recommend is a strategic part of an overall experience that leads to what our couples ultimately desire: a flawless execution creating authentic, elegant and timeless images radiating genuine emotion. Our most intentional aspects of the EP Wedding Experience include:
- 6 HOUR MINIMUM:
We have found that for a wedding day, we need a minimum of 6 hours to capture the full story of your day with a stress-free timeline.
- COMPLIMENTARY ENGAGEMENT SESSION:
We include an engagement session complimentary because this is our opportunity to get to know you and empower you to feel comfortable in front of the camera.
- SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER:
My second shooter is a non-negotiable part of our wedding experience! The Wedding Experience wouldn't be complete without them! Plus, it allows for different angles and more pictures for you!

We Strive for Total Transparency
1. WHAT IS YOUR SHOOTING STYLE?
We love being both interactive and discrete throughout the wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day when we will need to be in control to accomplish everything that needs to be done to keep everyone on schedule.
There will also be moments when you shouldn’t even know that I’m there. (The ceremony, during dances and toasts, etc.) We teach our couples how to pose and interact during their engagement session so they are naturals on the wedding day and don’t need quite as much instruction from us!
2. HOW MANY IMAGES CAN I EXPECT FROM MY WEDDING?
We average 50-75 final images per hour of shooting throughout the day. This estimate is normally on the lower side since we tend to be over-shooters. We love delivering our client’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery. You will have the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you want. We believe in freely sharing our work because that is what we would want if we were in your shoes!
3. DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE? BACK UP EQUIPMENT?
Yes and Yes!! We have liability insurance and happy to provide it if your venue requires it. We also have equipment and business insurance. Our team members also have back up equipment to ensure that if something happens to one set of equipment, we can be ready! We routinely back up all of your images as soon as your session/wedding is over in three separate places to ensure they do not get lost!
4. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY IMAGES?
We guarantee engagement sessions in 4 weeks and weddings in 8 weeks! We also provide sneak peeks within a week of each session! We wouldn't want to wait weeks and weeks to see a picture from our wedding, so we don't expect you to! All images are delivered in an online gallery with instructions for sharing, downloading and printing whenever you need! Galleries are available for up to one year and then become inactive. We recommend you download your images, but we can always grab those images as we keep them backed up forever.
5. WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
EP Photography is based in Louisville, Kentucky. While we love our area, we also LOVE to travel! We travel at no charge anywhere within 60 miles of zip code: 40242. Beyond that, we have different types of travel fees depending on the distance which we can discuss over the phone during your consultation. If you're planning a destination wedding, EP Photography would LOVE to be a part of it!
